What do you not clean?High-to-reach areas (we do not allow ladder use by cleaners) If your fridge or cabinets are full we will do our best Cleaning of chandeliers Wet wiping of light bulbs Cleaning of biohazards (mold, etc) Hoarding or junk removal Animal or human waste (litter, poop, bodily fluids) Insects/dead rats, mice, or other animals Heavy scrubbing or scrapping of walls or floors (wall dusting upon request) Steaming or shampooing of carpets No upholstery or furniture cleaning Washing of exterior windows Unfinished flooring Garages Outside areas

What do the cleaners use?We encourage you to supply what you prefer for specific or sensitive surfaces. Our standard cleaning supplies consists of: Heavy duty vacuum cleaner Mop & bucket Spray bottles Microfiber cloths Sponges Glass/window cleaner Multi-purpose cleaner Toilet cleaner Washing up liquid Rubber gloves

What is your cancellation policy?We only ask you to notify us 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

What is your damage policy?Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning. Once the office receives the notification we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days we will assume you do not want to have us resolve the issue and the situation will void.
