Basic Commercial Cleans consist of: Dusting all surfaces Mopping hardwood or tile floors Vacuuming carpet Wiping down window ledges Wiping down desktops Wiping down computer keyboards Cleaning bathrooms Emptying trash bins Replacing trash bags Making sure the office/building looks pristine

We encourage you to supply what you prefer for specific or sensitive surfaces. Our standard cleaning supplies consists of: Heavy duty vacuum cleaner Mop & bucket Spray bottles Microfiber cloths Sponges Glass/window cleaner Multi-purpose cleaner Toilet cleaner Washing up liquid Rubber gloves

We only ask you to notify us 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning. Once the office receives the notification we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days we will assume you do not want to have us resolve the issue and the situation will void.
